PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) PNM is a wholly Government-owned Corporation founded in Jakarta pursuant to MPR Decree XVI/MPR/1998, IMF Letter of Intent dated 16 March 1999, Government Regulation No. 38/99 dated 25 May 1999 and Notary Deed No. 1 dated 1 June 1999 validated by the Minister of Justice in Decree No. C-11.609.HT.01.01.TH 99 dated 23 June 1999. The authorised capital of the entity is Rp 1.2 trillion, with subscribed and fully paid up capital at Rp 300 billion.

In August 2008, PNM launched the direct financing program, known as UlaMM or "Micro Capital Service Unit". ULaMM is a capital loan service for micro and small business accompanied by technical assistance in developing the operation. ULaMM is a new model or breakthrough for PNM as its financing distribution is conducted directly to the person or loan to business entity (Limited Liability, CV, Firma, etc).

ULaMM provides distinctive advantages to the micro enterpreneurs due to its clear and easy requirements. Installment is much easier, as it's well suited to the payment power and the return of business operation, from daily, weekly, to monthly instalment. The main point is that ULaMM has been specifically designed to encourage the business interest and people's welfare.

Unit Manager (UM)

Requirements:

• Max age 36 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince in micro finance min 2 years as unit manager or 3 years as Credit/loan officer, marketing
• Experience led a team & has a customer base

Loan officer (LO)

Requirements:

• Max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince in micro finance min 2 years as Credit/loan officer or marketing officer
• Preferred has a customer base

Marketing Officer (MO)

Requirements:

• Max age 32 years old
• Min D3 from all major
• Preferred has experince min 1 year as sales/marketing in bank or finance institution
• Preferred has a customer base 

Supporting (SU)

Requirements:

• Max age 28 years old
• Min D3 from Accounting /Finance
• Preferred has experince min 1 year as Finance Staff/Credit in bank or finance institution
• Understanding in accounting and financial administration
• Preferred single, never married

 Collector (CO)

Requirements:

• Max age 30 years old
• Min SLTA
• Preferred has experince min 2 years as collector in bank or finance institution

Cashier (CS)

Requirements:

• Max age 22 years old, single, never married
• Min SLTA/SMK with experience min 1 year in adminstration or finance
• Understanding in accounting and financial administration

General Requirements:

• Open for male and female
• Computer literate (Office program)
• Understanding in local language and cultural.
• Prefered has own motor cycle and SIM C
