The Company is a well-established state-owned financial services company in Indonesia with core business in the field of secondary mortgage industry. SMF Indonesia running business in disbursing funds from the capital market to mortgage lenders. SMF Indonesia is a non-listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) was formed by the Government of Indonesia in 2005 with main tasks to promote and to develop secondary mortgage market (PPSP) in Indonesia. SMF Indonesia has its legal domicile in Jakarta and its head office is located at Jl Panglima Polim I No 1 Jakarta 12160.

In term of financial performance, SMF Indonesia has recorded a significant growth and satisfactory performace in 2015. According to PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) Annual Report 2015 as cited, SMF Indonesia reported total assets of Rp 10,061 billion in 2015 or an 5.53% increase from Rp 9.533 billion in 2014. Revenues continue to grow by 22.37% to Rp 826 billion from Rp 675 billion in 2014. Total net income booked a 43.35% growth, reaching Rp 248 billion from Rp 173 billion 2014.

Requriements

• Minimum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum holds Master Degree/S2 with Bachelor Degree background in Economics or Business.
• Experience in the field of marketing, analysis and data processing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field at financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge and good understanding about the concept of secutities and financing.
• Strong networking at Mortgage Financial Institutions and Capital Market.
• Strong negotiation skill.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Staff People Development

Requirements

• Minimum age of 27 years old.
• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree/S1 in Economic Management, Psychology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of Human Resource (HR), especially in Tallent Management, Training & Development and Recruitment.
• Demonstrated good negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Conscientious and able to work multitasking.
• Active in English language (oral and written).

Staff Accounting

Requirements

• Minimum holds Bachelor Degree/S1 in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field at Financial Institution.
• Experience in the field of Accounting Information System and Financial Statement Preparation.
• Fluent in English.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Thorough, neat, accurate, discipline and able to work in  a team and individually.
