PT Nindya Karya (Persero) - Nindya Karya is a well-established construction company in Indonesia which has attained Quality Assurance from International Standard System (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001). Nindya Karya is a state-owned company whose shares are not traded on the stock market and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia (GOI). The Company was formed by GOI in 1961 as a nationalization results of a Dutch construction company named NV Nederlands Aanemings Maatschappy (NEDAM) Vorheen Firma HF Boersma and initially registered as Perusahaan Negara (PN) Nindya Karya. Later in 1973, PN Nindya Karya was officially transformed into as a limited liability company under the name of PT Nindya Karya (Persero). The Company is based in Jakarta and now has 21 branch offices spread in 6 division offices across the Country. Nindya Karya also supported by 1 subsidiary company, namely PT Nindya Beton. As of December 2013, Nindya Karya directly employs nearly 676 employees, including 270 permanent employees and 406 non permanent employees.

Achievement and performance of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) in 2013 shows good results achievement. According to PT Nindya Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Nindya Karya managed to record total new contract value in 2013 amounted to Rp 3,438.58 billion, an increase of 18.67% from the previous year (2012) of Rp 2,897.57 billion. Nindya Karya's net income in 2013 worth of Rp 41.67 billion, which represented an increase of 29.65% over net income recorded in 2012 of Rp 32.14 billion.

General Requirements

• Diploma Degree (D3) with major study in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
• Bachelor Degree (S1) with major study in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Electro
  Engineering.
• Graduated from a leading university with accreditation A (PTN/PTS).
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.
• Legalized copy of academic diploma or temporary degree verification statements (SKL).
• Legalized copy of academic transcript with cumulative grade point average (GPA) ≥ 2.75.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with TOEFL score ≥ 500.
• SKCK (can be submitted later).
• Copy of valid national identity card (ID Card) or other indentity.
• Color photographs 4x6 (2 sheets).
• Maximum age of 27 years old for bachelor degree (S1) graduates and 24 years old for diploma degree (D3) graduates.
