Requirements

• Hold min S1, preferably S2
• Max age 40 years old
• Understanding in the business character in Surabaya area
• Experienced in same position min 3 years and 6 years in Banking industry
• Experienced in staff supervision with min 20 staffs
• Have a good analitycal skill and problem solving
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills

Pemimpin Seksi / Supervisor (Code : PS)

Requirements

• Hold min S1
• Max age 35 years old
• Experienced as supervisor in banking operational or credit field min 3 years or experienced min 4 years in banking industry

Analis Kredit / Pemasaran (Code : AK)

Requirements

• Hold min S1
• Max age 35 years old
• Experienced min 3 years in banking industry (corporate and commercial, consumer and retail)
• Understanding in the business character in Surabaya area
• Experienced in credit analysis and understanding in systemic and prudent of credit process, understanding in credit risk from all industrial market segments, import / export tradding

Customer Service (Code : CS) and Administrasi (Code : ADM)

Requirements

• Hold min S1 with GPA 3.00
• Experienced as Customer Service / administration
• Max age 30 years old
• Not married

Teller (Code : TL)

Requirements

• Hold min D3
• Max age 23 years old
• Experienced as teller
• Not married

General Requirements

• Hold min S1, preferably from reputable university majoring in Accounting, Management, Banking, Mathematics, Statistic, Industrial Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Computer Science, Communication, Public Relation, Syariah (Code : CS, ADM)
• Good looking and have a good personality
• Height : Female min 160 cm, Male 165 cm with proportional weight (Code : CS, ADM,& Teller)
• Customer Oriented
• Preferably fluent in English
• Not currently in litigation or involved in legal proceedings
