Electrical Engineering

CILACAP (Jateng) and NAR (Bogor)

Responsibilities:

• To establish and apply common electrical/instrumentation engineering standards in NG and CP Plants (in particular design and specification standards).
• To make mechanical/process design.
• To manage small and medium size projects.

Requirements:

• University graduate graduated in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
• Experience    :

• Minimum 1 years in current position,
• 5-7 years work experience in continuous process/chemical/mining industry- preferably in cement
• 1-2  years experience in technical management role (maintenance etc.) or
• 5-7 years work in experience in engineering consulting or electrical industry.

• Computer literacy
• Good command in English both oral & written
• Other qualification / skills :

• Understand of the cement production process; knowledge of main and auxiliary equipment
• Line and project management
• Leadership, people management
• Understanding of technical electrical drawings

Market Development Specialist

Region 1 (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate, on a daily basis through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the sales services (includes house design, access to finance for house owners, land certification services), direct marketing, construction and production of Solusi Rumah products
• Participate in the conceptual development of direct marketing activities, production, and construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
• Perform administrative and financial functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, preparing monthly financial report, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Engineering
• Experience :

• A working knowledge with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
• Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites

• Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
• Excellence command of written & spoken English
• Other qualification / skills :

• Economics and Accounting Skills
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
• Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
