MGT0032 - LEGAL COUNSEL JAKARTA
Responsibility:
To provide legal advice and support and to assist the Senior Corporate Counsel in managing legal services for Newmont Nusa Tenggaram with particular emphasis on litigation and dispute resolution matters to comply with various Indonesian Laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Formal Legal education (Law)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in law firm or as legal practitioner or as in-house counsel in other companies
- Advocate license from PERADI is a must
- Experience in providing legal advice, resolving legal issues and dispute settlement
- Having knowledge and experience in general corporate matters, civil and criminal procedural law and other laws at large
- Competency in English written and spoken
- Be 35 years old or younger
MEN0097 - CHIEF MINE SURVEYOR
Responsibility:
To supervise, perform and instruct Mine Survey staff on providing continuous survey functions for Mine Operations in order to achieve the mine plan, dump plan and project work. Beside of that, the Chief Mine Surveyor is responsible to maintain the group on providing support for other departments such as Process, Engineering Construction, Safety, EXREL, etc
Requirements:
- B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in Geodetic Engineering or related field and 10 years of mine surveying experience is required
- Certified of competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
- Advanced technical knowledge of Geodetic Engineering is required
- Knowledge of computer mine planning systems and GPS surveying applications is required. Exposure to civil construction survey control projects is an advantage
- Certified of Competency for Mine Surveyor from DEMR
MOP0361 - ENGINEER FLEET MANAGEMENT
Responsibility:
The Fleet management engineer is responsible for the implementation, development and system operation of the Jigsaw360 fleet management system including High Precision GPS technology (Shovels, Drills and Dozers) and Trimble GPS Augmentations systems
Requirements:
- B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in Mine Engineering or related field and one to three (1-3) years of directly related experience is preferred. A formal degree in Mine Engineering can be substituted with an advanced technical knowledge of Jigsaw360 fleet management systems or MODULAR MINING systems
- Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
- Knowledge of Jigsaw360 fleet management systems or the MODULAR MINING dispatch systems and the UNIX/LINUX operating system are essential. Experience with High Precision GPS System and GPS Augmentations systems is also preferable.
ISY0099 - SPECIALIST HELPDESK SUPPORT
Responsibility:
- To provide the first point of contact to PTNNT computer user requiring assistance and problem resolution with Computers, Communications and Applications problems. Ensuring that calls are answered in an efficient competent and professional manner
- Uses standard troubleshooting skills
- Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information for external and internal service personnel
- Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution in the Clarify problem management database
- Escalate problems as appropriate by following Helpdesk procedures
- Act as liaison between customers and internal support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation. Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process
- Utilizes exceptional customer service skills
Requirements:
- S1 (Sarjana) degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related discipline with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Experienced in Helpdesk or Customer Service at least 2 years
- Must possess strong communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Also be able to write clear and thorough documentation
- Possess TOEFL score min 550++
- Working knowledge of computer networking (LAN, wireless, WAN), Windows operating system, basic PC hardware, internet, intranet, email, MS Office applications, Multimedia applications such as Adobe products, CorelDraw, etc
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with the customer by phone or in person
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated a willingness to work after working hours
- Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers
- Shows initiative and act independently to resolve problems
ISY0530 - SERVER ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibility:
To maintain server operation and to provide technical support to personal computer users and other IT Staffs
Requirements:
- Computer College Graduate (Bachelor Degree) with at least 2 years of experience supporting personal computing in a networked environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and UNIX administration is essential. Experience on SQL server and Oracle database is an advantage
- English language skills are required
- Good communication skill both Indonesia and English
- Good Interpersonal skill
