Sampoerna Microfinance (Sahabat UKM) is a savings and loans business unit which is based on both conventional and sharia system. It is established with the spirit of "from us for us". The aims of Sahabat UKM are to help entrepreneurs of micro, small and medium-sized to grow their business into a larger scale and to empower youth and women to become independent entrepreneurs. Sahabat UKM is bridging deposit clients/savers and selected micro/small entrepreneurs by channeling the saving funds to promote the SME sector in Indonesia. Besides access to capital, a Sahabat UKM also provides training, consultancy, and business networks.

Management Development Program (Code: MDP)

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and monitoring the sales team for women in the micro sector of the branch including customer portfolio management at local outlets

Requirements

• Passed from formal educational institutions equivalent to S1 with GPA min. 2.75
• Willing to follow the education program and placed in accordance with the provisions and the needs of companies
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Healthy physical & spiritual
• Pass the selection tests

Officer Development Program- Account Officer (Code : ODP-AO)

Requirements:

• Passed from formal educational institutions equivalent D3/S1 with GPA min. 2.5
• Willing to follow the education program and placed in accordance with the provisions and the needs of companies
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Healthy physical & spiritual
• Pass the selection tests
• Placements : Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Pontianak 

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Code: FA - KP)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Doing the whole process of accounting and financial transactions as a whole in accordance with the existing business segment in the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1
• Work experience in a related field of at least 1 -2 years
• Preferably from local residents at Sahabat UKM Branc
• Have the interest, knowledge and skills in community development, micro finance and Shariah-based conventional
• Healthy physical & spiritual
• Pass the entrance selection testsLocation: Head Office - Jakarta

Team  Sales Leader (Code: TLK - JT)

Duties and Responsibilities:
