II. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

General Requirements:

1. Indonesian citizen, maximum age:

a. Diploma III: 30 years on 1 December 2010 (born after 30 November 1979);

b. Undergraduate: 35 years on December 1, 2010 (born after 30 November 1974);

2. There was never sentenced to prison or jail on the basis of the decision of the Court, for committing a criminal act;

3. Never honorably discharged upon his own request or not with respect as civil servants, members of the army / police, civil state-owned companies or private employees;

4. Not located as CPNS / PNS, Candidate / Member Military / Police;

5. Not located as members or officials of political parties;

6. Good behavior;

7. Physically healthy (physically and mentally, and not color blind).

Special Requirements:

1. Certified in accordance with educational qualifications have been established above;

2. Accredited A for Private Universities from BAN - PT and for Higher Education for Foreign Affairs should be recognized by the Education Ministry. (Letter Passed While Not Applicable);

3. Grade Point Average (GPA):

a. D. III, a minimum of 2.75 (two point seventy-five);

b. S.1 State University of at least 3.00 (three point zero zero);

S.1 Private University least 3.25 (three point two-five);

Other:

1. Registration and the procedure is complete the test can be seen inhttp://rekrutmen.bappenas.go.id;

2. In the admissions process at the Ministry CPNS PPN / Bappenas correspondence is not held and not charged a fee during the test;

3. The cost of transportation and accommodation during follow each stage of testing is borne by the applicant;

4. Each announcement, aired online on recruitment portal CPNS Ministry PPN / Bappenas: http://rekrutmen.bappenas.go.id and applicants can view the announcement of the results of each stage of testing on the portal (not announced NEWSPAPER IN);

5. The committee decision in the case of graduate applicants / applicants at each test result is absolute and can not be contested;

6. Graduation applicants in each test is determined by the ability and competence of applicants. If any party / person who offers services by promising to be accepted as CPNS within the Ministry of Planning / National Development Planning Agency to ask for certain benefits, then the act is a fraud. The committee is not responsible for the actions of parties / persons are;

7. If the applicant provides information / data that is not true, and in the future in mind, both on each test, and after he was appointed as CPNS / PNS in the Ministry of Planning / Bappenas, the Ministry of Planning / Bappenas entitled mengugurkan graduation and or dismiss CPNS / PNS in Environmental Ministry of Planning / National Development Planning Agency and demanding compensation for losses that occur due to state incorrect information and reported as a crime in the District Court, for giving false testimony;

8. For those who passed the whole selection process but resigned required to replace all the costs incurred by the committee and paid to the State Treasury amounted to Rp.15.000.000, - (fifteen million rupiah).
