PROJECT EVALUATOR STAFF
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:

Responsible in monitoring operational and financial performance of drilling projects
Develop monitoring and controlling system in drilling job site
Analyzing the operational problems and delivering suggestion to
Jobsite’s management (Operation Manager Area, Project Manager, Engineering Head Department and Operation Head Department)
Responsible for budgeting and cost monitoring of material and logistics
Requirements:

D3 from reputable university majoring in Accounting or any related fields
Maximum 30 years old
Having min. 1 year experience as Project Evaluator (will be advantage in Oil & Gas Industry)
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
Good Attitude, hard working and team player
Computer programs (SAP) and MS Office familiarity are a must
MATERIAL CONTROL STAFF
Requirements :

Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable universities
Male / Female, Maximum 30 years old
Having min. 1 year experience as Material Control (will be advantage in Oil & Gas Industry)
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
Good Attitude, hard working and team player
Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
COLLECTION STAFF
Responsibilities :

Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP)
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
Investigates questionable data
Requirements :

Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree in Management, Commerce, Accounting and Administration study program from reputable universities
Female, Single, Maximum 30 years old
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, 1-2 years experience will be advantage
