PNPM Mandiri - Recruitment Technical Assitance for for National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM)

The National Program for Community Empowerment / Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat  - PNPM Mandiri is the Government's program engaged in poverty alleviation in Indonesia. The program established and launched in April 2007 by the President of Indonesia. The Program is expected to run until end of 2014 and covered in more than 6.600 sub-districts both rural and urban parts of Indonesia. The Government of Australian become the largest bilateral donor for PNPM and in 2009 announced a AUD 215 million commitment for PNPM over five years (2009-2014).

As part of Australia's support to PNPM, the following positions are required to support the management of the program in National Planning Board (Bappenas) and Directorate General of Community and Village Development (PMD), Ministry of Home Affairs:

1. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in BAPPENAS ( Code : ME)
2. Policy and Program Development in BAPPENAS (Code : PD)
3. Team Leader for PNPM Rural MIS in PMD, Kemendagri (Code : MIS)
