PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) - PT Pusri is one of the biggest Indonesian State Owned Enterprise engaged in the production and marketing of fertilizers. The Company founded in December 24, 1959 and based in Palembang, South Sumatra. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) became the first producer of urea fertilizer in Indonesia. As of December 2010, The Company has an installed capacity of urea fertilizer per year as many as 2.262 million tons and 1.499 million tons of ammonia. The Company is a Holding Company that supported by 6 (six) subsidiary companies, consist of PT Petrokimia Gresik, PT Pupuk Kujang, PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur, PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT Rekayasa Industri, PT Mega Eltra.

Requirements:

• Graduated from S1 / S2 from Universities with accreditation A, GPA min 3.00
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Able to collaborate with colleagues and customers
• Having a good personality and good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Have good analytical skills.
