Corporate Communication Officer

Requirements:

• University Graduate; preferably Communication /visual communication/ Journalism/Economics or related field.
• At least two(2) years of proven professional experience working in communication or related activities.
• Exellent English and indonesian skills-spoken, writen and presentation.
• Proficient in using MS Office and Adope In- design/photoshop. Ability to develop clear concise accurate report summaries.
• Excellent business analysis skills and project management capabilities.
• General understanding of media and journalism, experience in copywriting, web design and other related form of business communication is a plus.
• Below the line Experience( Event Planning & Execution).
• Strong Background in Social Media Activation.
• Ability to coordinate own Efforts Such Thant They meeet Business deadlines.
• May Require Local and overseas travel from time to time.
• Ability to work in team

Technical Services Manager-Asset

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering
• Min 5 years experience in Asset Management Area
• Prepare to travel to remote locations
• Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian
• Strong capability / exposure in maintenance systems and process development
• Strong capabiity in asset strategy and life cycle management
• Outstanding analysis skills
• Excellent MS Office skills

Specialist Trainer (Crane and Rigging)

Requirements:

• Min. High school or Diploma degree
• Good communication in English & Computer literate
• Have experience in Mining and equipment such as Crane and Rigging
• Has proficient knowledge about the mining process
• Good presentation and leadership skill.
• Good interpersonal skill

Senior Mining Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Min. 4 years experiences as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Willing to be placed in all company's locations or Jakarta
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements

Project Engineer - Civil

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Mining or Engineering
• Min 4 years of progressive experience in mine engineering and mining operations supervision and management; with some experience gained at operating coal mines.
• Maximize Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted and followed by all Vendors and Fabricators to ensure the design life integrity is achieved.
• Minimize re-work by being involved in construct-ability reviews.
• Provide assistance to start up and commissioning team

Mining Supervisor

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Familiar with mining software
• Having at least 4 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
• Certified in POP
• Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• Excellent computer skill
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements

Mining Production Superintendent

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in mining
• Min. 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production).
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Familiar with mining software
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• Excellent computer skill
• Certified in POP (hold POM certificate will be a plus)

Mining Engineer Manager

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
• With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
• Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
• Outstanding analysis skills.
• Strong capability / exposure to mine planning softwares

Mining Engineer

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in mining industry
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Knowledge of best practice in Project Management
• Willing to be placed in all company's site locations
• Good command in English written and verbal
• Familiar with Mining software
• Familiar with mining software: Minescape, Xpac, Surpac, Talpac

Engineering Superintendent

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Good leadership and communication skill.
• Willing to be placed in all mining project location.
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
