BKI concentrates its busienss activites in the field of vessel classification and registration. Its business include vessel/ship classification, drawing approval, classification survey activities, industrial services, statutory survey, statutory authorization, and consultancy and supervision. BKI was established in 1964 and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) now has 4 main branch offices, 6 middle branch offices, 8 branch offices, and 5 business unit offices.

Achievement and performance of PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) in 2013 shows good results achievement. According to PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2013 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, the Company registered a 32.45% growth in total renevue of Rp 555.20 billion as compared with Rp 419.18 billion in 2012. In terms of profit, total comprehensie income increased 57.7% from Rp 67.44 billion in 2012 to Rp 106.35 billion in 2013.

Surveyor Lapangan (Code : SUV)

Requirements

• Diploma D4 Teknika with diploma min. ATT II or Bachelor Degree (S1) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 from 4.00 scale.
• Graduates of the University, Academy / School of Sailing, majoring in Teknika, Shipbuilding Engineering and Ship Systems Engineering.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position.
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.
• Have sufficient physical ability to work under pressure, in the heights and enclosed spaces with high mobility.
• Willing to be placed in all branches of BKI.

Pemeriksa Gambar Mesin (PGM)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Shipping Systems Engineering with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 from 4.00 scale.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya and Samarinda.

Pemeriksa Gambar Listrik (PGL)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering Power Lines with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 from 4.00 scale.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya and Samarinda.

Pemeriksa Dokumen Stabilitas (PDS)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Shipping Engineering with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 from 4.00 scale.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.
• Operating knowledge of Stability Softwares, i.e. Maxsurf and others.
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya and Samarinda.

Surveyor Sertifikasi Produk (SSP)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering Power Lines with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 2.75 from 4.00 scale.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.

Pengembangan Rules Listrik (PRL)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electro Engineering Power Lines with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 from 4.00 scale.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position

Pengembangan Rules Material (PRM)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Engineering with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 from 4.00 scale.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.

Peneliti Struktur Offshore (PSO)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 from 4.00 scale or Master Degree (S1) with GPA of minimum 3.25 from 4.00 scale.
• Graduates of the University, Academy / School of Sailing, majoring in Shipping Engineering or Marine Engineering.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position.
• Excellent communication skills in English (active and passive) as evidenced by an English certificate.
• Operating knowledge of structure softwares, i.e. NAPA, NASTRAN, ANSYS and others.

Peneliti Material (PMT)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of minimum 3.00 from 4.00 scale or Master Degree (S1) with GPA of minimum 3.25 from 4.00 scale.
• Graduates of the University, Academy / School of Sailing, majoring in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Engineering.
• Both experienced and fresh graduate candidates are highly welcome.
• Preferably experienced as QA / QC Shipyard, Ship Superintendent, Owner Surveyor, Engineer, Sailors and other relevant experience appropriate application position.

Pengembangan Regulasi Struktur (PRS)

Requirements
