General Requirements

• Male, with maximum age
• Maximum age of 45 years old for Manager Proyek Utama positions.
• Maximum age of 40 years old for Manager Proyek Muda positions.
• Maximum age of 35 years old for Site Manager positions.
• Have a good integrity.
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Previous experience as Project Manager (minimum 5 projects/12 years) for Manager Proyek Utama positions
• Previous experience as Project Manager (minimum 3 projects/8 years) for Manager Proyek Muda positions.
• Previous experience as Site Manager (minimum 3 projects/5 years) for Site Manager positions.
• Willing t be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Able to work in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline.
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management.
• Proficient in using and utilizing computer applications (MS Project, Primavera).
