Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman - Pemkab Sleman is the Regency Government of Sleman, one of the regencies in the Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. The Regency of Sleman has an area of 574.82 km² and situated in the north of the Yogyakarta Special Region. Requirements

• Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR) at least until 31 December 2015 or the STR renewal certificate from IDI.
• Maximum age of 35 years old on 1 January 2015.
• Graduated from Medical Studies Program with minimum accredited B BAN PT.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 will be highly prioritized.
• Previous experience in health care facility will be highly prioritized.
• Certified GELS/ACLS/ ATLS will be highly prioritized.

Dokter Gigi

Requirements

• Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR) at least until 31 December 2015 or the STR renewal certificate of STR from PDGI.
• Maximum age of 35 years old on 1 January 2015.
• Graduated from Dentistry Program with minimum accredited B BAN PT.
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 will be highly prioritized.
• Previous experience in health care facility.

Psikolog

Requirements

• Have a valid Permit Practice Psychologist (SIPP) at least until 31 December 2015 or the SIPP renewal certificate from Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) regional area.
• Maximum age of 35 years old on 1 January 2015.
• Graduated from Psychologist Professional Program with minimum accredited B BAN PT.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.

Bidan

Requirements

• Have a valid Midwives license (SIB) or Registration Certificate (STR) at least until 31 December 2015 or the STR renewal certificate from the Health Personnel Provincial Assembly (MTKP).

• Minimum Diploma (D3) holder in Nursing with minimum accredited B BAN PT.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Previous experience in health care facility, experience in Puskesmas BLUD will be highly prioritized.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a good quick typing skill.
• Have a good skill in the field of computer network management.
• Have a good skill in the field of data base management system health information.

Pengadministrasian Umum

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years old 1 January 2015.
• Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (for college graduates) or minimum average diploma score of 7.00 (for SMA or equivalent) will be highly prioritized.
• Previous experience in BLUD working units.
• 15 positions available.
