Requirements

• Male, age max 45 years old
• D3/S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture from a leading university with GPA min. 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-storey building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

SITE MANAGER (SM)

Requirements

• Male, age max 45 years old
• D3/S1 Civil Engineering from a leading university with GPA min. 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-storey building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

SITE ENGINEER (SE)

Requirements

• Male, age max 45 years old
• D3/S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-storey building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce / Hydro Power / Thermal min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms.Project)

SUPERVISOR (SPV)

Requirements

• Male, max age 40 years old
• D3/S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-storey building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce / Hydro Power / Thermal min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

ESTIMATOR (EST)

Requirements

• Male, max age 40 years old
• D3/S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
• Experience in the field of post-storey building / Road & Bridge / Pier / Irrigation / workforce min. 5 years
• Mastering in standard master contract (FIDIC, JCT, ICE) and Construction Services Act
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

DRAFTER (DFR)

Requirements

• Male, max age 30 years old
• STM majoring in Building / D3 - Civil Engineering
• Able to operate Autocad Program (certificate)
• Experience in high rise building projects in their field min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office) 

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Requirements

• Male, max age 40 years old
• D3 / S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Design and construction experience count, volume, price-rise building on the building / Road & Bridge / Irrigation / workforce mimimum of 3 years.
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (Ms. Office).

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Requirements

• Male, max age 30 years old
• D3/S1 Civil Engineering from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75
• Experience the quality plan and supervise the quality of the work on road projects and bridge / Irrigation min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

SURVEYOR/JURU UKUR (SVR)

Requirements

• Male, max age 35 years old
• STM majoring in building / SMA IPA/D3 Civil Engineering
• Able to using theodolites and Water Test Equipment Pass (certificate)
• Experience in high rise building projects in their field min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER (HSO)

Requirements

• Male, age maximum 40 years old
• D3 / S1 majoring in SKM from reputable university with a GPA of at least 3:00
• Preferably with experience on the job min 2 yrs
• Understand and master the manufacture K3LM plans, and making HIRADR, LAI
• Are certified experts in the field of Health and Safety Project / Construction
• Able to speak English active and operate computer (MS Office)

LOGISTIK & PERALATAN (LP)

Requirements

• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• STM/D3 Civil Engineering / Engineering
• Preferably with experience in the post min. 3 years
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)

FINANCE (FN)

Requirements

• Male, age maximum 35 years old
• D3/S1 Accounting / Management / Taxation from reputable university with GPA 2.75
• Preferably with experience in the post min. 3 years
• Mastering in Accounting & Finance computer program
• Able to speak English actively and computer literate (Ms. Office)
