Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Hold min S1 (S2 preferred) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.2
• Good looking and have good communication skills (Indonesian & English)
• Have a good spirit in entrepreneurship and good leadership skills
• Willing to undergo in education for 1 year and 4 years in Service Association

Treasury Operations Program

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate, good looking
• Hold min S1 in Accounting / Engineering / Admin Commerce / MIPA
• Have good communication skills and the potential for selling skills
• Willing to undergo in education for 3 months, and 3 years in Service Association

Customer Service

Requirements:

• Male/Female with minimum D3
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed on the entire network of Bank Mega
• Attractive appearance, Height 160 cm, communicative, and service oriented

Account Officer

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Fluent in English
• Aggressive and has a good motivation in the sales
• Experienced in sales, preferable having experience in the banking field
• Willing to be placed on the entire network of Bank Mega
• Target orienteed in SMEs or consumer

Funding Officer

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Preferred S1, (D3 graduated are welcome to apply with experienced in the same field)
• Experienced in Marketing Bank at least 1 year
• Like the challenge
• Able to work in team and individual
• Able to work under pressure
