HR Recruitment Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
- Having experience in conduct Psichological assessment & scoring
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Outlook Express, Microsoft Access, etc.); Recruitment Tools.
- Excellent administrative skill.
Requirements:
- Male with a maximum age 35 years old
- Education minimum S1 Accounting from reputable University in Indonesia.
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Internal Audit Supervisor at the company's Consumer Finance or the Senior Auditor in Public Accountant.
- Have the ability in the identification information so that it becomes a case that should be followed up
- Able to find solutions of a case
