PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) - Inti is one of the Indonesian state-owned enterprises engaged in telecommunication. The Company focused in Engineering, Integration, Production, Construction and Supplier of Telecommunications & Information Equipment. The Company established in 1974 and based in Bandung, West Java. As of March 2009, PT Inti (Persero) supported by 695 human resources and collaboration with "THE BIG FOUR" telecommunications operator in Indonesia: Telkom, Indosat, Telkomsel and XL. Over the last two years XYZ handling solutions and fixed and mobile network services and developing products such as IP PBX, NMS (Network Management System), Slims (Subscriber Line Maintenance System), NGN Server, VMS (Video Messaging System), GPA (Device SNMP-based Monitoring and Control), Interface Monitoring System for CDMA networks, and Detection Systems and Warning of Natural Disasters (Disaster Forecasting and Warning System).

Education Requirements :
- S1 Majoring in Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- D3/S1 Majoring in Telecommunications / Electrical
- S1 Majoring in Electrical Engineering Department of Energy
- S1 Majoring in Electrical Engineering Department of Hardware / Electronics
- S1 Majoring in Electrical Engineering specialization in Real-Time Software
- S1 Majoring in Informatics Engineering
- S1 Majoring in Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- S1 Majoring in Industrial Engineering
- S1 Majoring in Management / Industrial Engineering / Telecommunications Management specialization in HR
