The Company established in 1991 with the name of PT Utama International Bank (Bank UIB). In 2008 PT Bank Central Asia Tbk purchased Bank UIB with the intention of conventing the small branch network into a Syariah bank under the name BCA Syariah and was successfull in completing the conversion in 2010. The Company head quartered in Jakarta and operated 25 branch networks, consist of 5 main branch offices, 3 sub branch offices, 17 sharia unit service offices, and 3 unit BUS (Bina Usaha Syariah) offices and the Bank will expanded its coverage in 2012. Currently BCA Syariah recorded Rp 776 billion in assets and Rp 296 billion in working capital.

Requirements:
- Male / Female with age max 35 years old
- Experience in HR of at least 5 years include the scope of work:
- Payroll
- HRIS
- Compensation & Benefits
- Planning and control of labor costs
- HR administration (administration of new employees, employee transfer, demotion and promotion, etc..)
- Registration and employee health claims process
- Registration and payment of Social Security (Jamsostek)
- Mastering the calculation of tax (Pph 21)
- Skilled in using Microsoft excel, word and power point
- Having a good conceptual knowledge
