Business Strategy Engineer

Technical Requirements

• Have basic technical ability to service Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• Understanding in the IT organizational structure and business processes
• Know the concepts of competition and competitors
• Understanding in the quantities in the financial statements, especially in the Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and profit and Loss Statement
• Mastering in MS Office applications
• Mastering in how to strategize the company
• Mastering in the concept of balance scorecard
• Min 1 year experience in same field

Non Technical Skills:

• C0mmunication skills
• Active English skills
• presentation skills
• Fast learning
• Initiative and innovation
• Analysis skills and a good conceptual
• Ability to adapt to the work environment
• Ability to cooperate

Education:

• Hold min S1 in Industrial Engineering / SMB, preferably hold S2 Business Management / Strategic
• Minimum GPA: S1: 2.9 and S2 - 3.3
