- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Having minimum 2 years experience in IT End User Support in a medium-large company (min. 100 users)
- Sufficient knowledge about concepts of Customer Service & Operational Excellence
- Extensive knowledge in Windows XP, Windows 7, and MS Office: install, configuration, troubleshoot
- Basic concepts of networking
- Basic concepts of MS Windows infrastructure (domain/Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in communication with minimum GPA ≥ 3.00;
- Minimum 3 years experience in communication field;
- Good understanding in communication strategies;
- Basic knowledge in MS Office and Macintosh applications;
- Advance in MS PowerPoint and Keynote;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
- Strong analytical skill, drive for result, and good interpersonal skill
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Any Field with minimum GPA 3.00;
- Having 2 years of experience in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent will be an advantage;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status;
- Willing to be located in Semarang and/or Surabaya.
