SUBSEA-OPERATIONS MANAGER (Code: S-OM)
(Jakarta Base)

Area of responsibilities:
• Provides the focal point for communications and manages reationships between Customer and FMC Subsea organization
• Responsible for managing all readiness & instalation activites associated with respective Customer(s) including.
- Onshore preparation, planning, readiness
- Offshore installation
- Equipment refurbishment & maintenance Including spares stocking
- Implement & maintain strong Communication Plan (QN, SN, rapid response HSE reporting
• Responsiole for implementing & executing all Subsea sales activities: promotes FMC capabilities. services and producta & coordinates opportunities toachieve sales target including:
- Tie-backs & equipment modification
- Equipcnent refurbishment, maintenance
- Rental options and stocking program opportunities
- FieId contract opportunities
- Customer and market focus plans & actions
- Preparation and implementation of market plans &saies stratecies
- Recommendation of product tine additions, deletions ar.d’or modifications
• Supports senior Subsea management in developing both the Asia Pacific and Global strategic sates & marketing plans;
- Collect &submit market competitor information
- Develop & implement market plan to achieve strategic objectives
- Provide leadership to ensure execution of sales & product line strategies
- Develop & maintain relation with key customers & strategc partners
- Develop & recommend strategies, correctie actions, policies, procedures & programs to increase market share, sales and EBIT

Specific Requirements:
• 10+yeras oil & gas experience with a comprehensive, specialized knowledge of Subsea system
• Experience in offshoe operations & onshore refurbishment and modifications
• Strong undersytanding of at opportunities and limitations of all phase developmnets & projects
• Partnership development capabilities
• Strong analytical skill
• Strong interpersonal skill

SUBSEA OPERATIONS ENGINEER (Code: S-OE)
(Jakarta Base)

Area of responsibilities:
• Plans, manages & coordinates field activities
• Acts as single point of contact for field activies with assigned Customer(S)
• Maintains strong relation with customer technical & service personnel, frequent customer preentation
• Consults & establishes working relationship with local & other site groups
• Participates as a fully contributing member of a project of Aftermarket team, aften leads projects or the solving of problems
• Shares opinions, ideas resources achieve common goals, foster teamwork & collaboration, and builds trust

Specific Requirements:
• 5+years of oil & gas experience with a comprehensive, specialized knowlwdge of Subsea system
• Experience in offshore operations & onshore refurtishment and ?noditlcations
• Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all phase of field developments & projects
• Strong analytical skill
• Strong interpersonal skill

General Requirements:
• Proficiency in English, both Oral and written
• Computer literate and its
• High motivation to enforce quality standars
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• A team player with the ability to work effectively with others to accomplish job objectives
