General Requirements

• Min bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Age between 25b- 35 years old for supervisor, 30 - 40 years old for managerial position
• Experience in hotel development and operations preferred
• Excellen interpersonal skills, leadership and management capability
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Willing to be stationed in Surabaya, Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia
• Willingness to travel at any time
