PT Bank UOB Indonesia (UOB Indonesia) is the first Singapore-Indonesia joint venture bank incorporated in Indonesia. UOB Indonesia was founded with the name of PT Bank Buana Indonesia on August 31, 1956. UOB Indonesia have consistently focused on serving the needs of retail costumers, especially small and medium enterprises ("SMEs"). This sector has proved more resistant to the most difficult economic period though.

 As at December 2008, the Bank's total assets has grown to IDR 12 trillion. UOB Indonesia is 99% owned by United Overseas Bank Group (UOB), one of the largest banking groups in Singapore. The Group has 524 offices in 18 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Western Europe and North America.

Management Associate Development Program (MADP)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3,25/4 or Master Degree with GPA 3,50/4 from overseas and local reputable university
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years working experience
• Single, maximum 27 years old
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Possess an excellent presentation skills
• High analytical thinking
• Dynamic, communicative, self motivated and passionate individual with exceptional leaderships potential toward performance excellence
