PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), is establish as a subsidiary company of PT Pertamina (Persero) in the business of oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation. PHE is one of the Upstream Directorate subsidiaries working in the oil and gas upstream business, and is also an upstream business vehicle for managing the domestic and overseas cooperation portfolio in the form of: Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), Joint Operating Body-Production Sharing Contracts (JOB-PSC), Indonesian Participating / Pertamina  Participating Interests (IP/PPI) and Badan Operasi Bersama (BOB). PHE's overseas working areas covered: Western Desert Block 3,Iraq; Block 10&11.1, Offshore South Vietnam; Block SK-305, Offshore Sarawak, Malaysia; Sabratah 17-3 Block, Offshore Libya; Sirte 123-3 Block, Libya; Block 13, Red Sea, Offshore Sudan; Block-3, Offshore Qatar; and Basker Manta Gummy Block, Australia.

KPI Specialist Performance Metrics

Position summary :

• Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)
• Under general direction from supervisor
• Developing system and providing metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monitoring report duties in Supply Chain Department
• Material Management System Sub Department, in order to perform comprehensive analysis, feedback and improvement for Supply Chain excellence.
• Develop and maintain Supply Chain Balance Scorecard and Digital Dashboard System and develop questionnaires and survey for KPI measurement

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 3.0 (scale of 4.0)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in oil and gas industry
• Knowledgeable of general Supply Chain operations or Logistics for oil and gas industry
• Able to analyze, develop & monitoring the Key Performance Indicator, Balace Scorecard and Digital Dashboard
• Proficient of Industry-standard computer skills
• Knowledgeable of SAP MM, ABAP program is advantage
• Good command in English; written, speaking & reading
• Good communication skill
• Good command in English, both written & speaking
