Kepala Warung Mikro (KWM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the target micro-finance Warung Mikro outlets
• For supervision of the employees at the outlet Warung Mikro
• Conduct monitoring of existing customer financing
• Conduct training and development to employees at the outlet Warung Mikro
• Conduct settlement financing problems at the outlet Warung Mikro

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 from all majors
• Experienced in banking and has occupied an equivalent level of minimum 2 years as a unit manager or supervisor account officer in charge of micro financing in Banks / BPR
• Good communication skills
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Placements : Madiun, Surabaya, Balikpapan

Pelaksana Marketing Mikro (PMM)

Requirements:

• Min D3 from all majors
• Experienced min 1 year as sales/marketing in Bank/BPRS/BPR/BMT
• Good communication skills
• Prefered local people
• Max age 27 years old
• Has SIM C
• Placements : Cirebon, Madiun

Asisten Analis Mikro (AAM)

Requirements:

• Min D3 from all majors
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook Express, MS Visio)
• Experienced in banking and has occupied an equivalent level of minimum 1 year as an analyst or account officer in charge of micro financing in Banks / BPRS
• Good communication skills
• Understanding in Accounting/Financial Management Concept, Risk Management
• Understanding in global banking compliance policy, especialy in microbanking
• Max age 30 years old
• Placement : Cirebon, Balikpapan
