Sales Engineer ( SE ) - Code : SE
Based in Surabaya

Responsibility :

• Develop sales distribution channel in line the overall company guidelines.
• Proactive seeking new business opportunities.
• Perform technical sales and helping sales teams with sales strategies.
• Achieve Sales target.

Qualification :

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degrees.
• Having a minimum of 2 years experiences in Lighting business.
• Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office, Corel draw, Photoshop, AutoCAD and mechanical drawing.
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication, negotiation and sales analytical skills.

Sales Executive SP Lighting N.O - Code : SESP
Based in North Jakarta

Responsibility  :

• For successful business of Automotive, HID Ballast of OSRAM Product for the region of Indonesia through distributor.
•  Sales planning & strategy, monitoring, evaluation and analyze of sales, future trends, competitor, distribution and trade marketing activities.
• Product supply, distribution and all trade promotion.

Qualification:

• Degree in any subject (prefer Electrical Engineering).
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales or Business Development (in automotive spare part would be advantage).
• Able to communicate in English (oral and written) , Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office and having SAP would be advantage.
• Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication, negotiation and sales analytical skills.

Workshop Technican / Turning - Code : WT
Based in Tangerang

Responsibility :
Supporting maintenance and repair of production machine, making spare part for production machine and device, improvement quality spare part, project improvement and modification in mechanical side.

Qualification:

• Senior of Technology High School ( STM ) or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Having knowledge  and able to operate turning machine, technical drawing and tools. 
• Good analytical skills, mechanical turning machine  and trouble shooting.
• Having ISO knowledge and TPM.
• Able to communicate in English.

Temporary Mechanical Designer - Code : TMD
Based in Tangerang

Responsibility :
Support to production activity by designing production devices, making reverse engineering process for OEM part, drawing spare part, electrical and general utility area, and making re-engineering process for improvement.

Qualification :

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Having experience minimal 1 years as a drafter ( mechanical designeer ) in Manufacturing,
• Good analytical skills  and  able to use AutoCAD
• Having ISO knowledge and TPM.
• Able to reading, checking, design and measurement of mechanical drawing.
• Able to communicate in English.

Technical Customer Service Engineer - Code : TCSE
Based in Tangerang

Responsibility :

• Handle customer complain and solving related with products, compiling 8D
• Report, making trial of new product, alternative material and new process, creating technical report and process instruction and change modification reque

Qualification :

• Degree in Engineering ( from overseas would be advantage )
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience in the same fields or continuous improvement projects.
• Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office, Visio and others.
• Well organized & willing to work in a team.
• Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Quality Control Staff ( Final Inspection ) - Code : QCFI
Based in Tangerang

Responsibility :

• Ensure that all items for QC Final Inspection for Incandescent & Fluorescent are implemented according to standard requirement.
• Keep accuracy of input data of quality inspection to the system (WAP, SAP).
• Maintain QC equipment and QC data's.

Qualification :

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
• Having QC Final Inspection in manufacturing would be advantage.
• Good analytical skills, QC process.
• Having ISO knowledge and TPM.
• Having lamp making process would be advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.

Business Development Executive / Distributor Relation Officer - Code : DRO
Based in Surabaya

Responsibility  :

• For successful business of all products under the brand of OSRAM for the region of East Indonesia market through distributor.
•  Sales planning & strategy, monitoring, evaluation and analyze of sales, distribution and trade marketing activities.

Qualification      :

• Degree in Economic, Electrical or other subject related.
• Having a minimum of 2 years experiences in Sales Marketing (FMCG or Industrial Marketing).
