Secretary to Finance Director

Responsibilities:

Assissting superior in terms of :

1. Scheduling System & Operation
2. Filing Documentation System & Operation
3. Daily Correspondence System & Operation

As a communication window to provide information between superior and internal & external parties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Secretarial Admnistration, Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Age max. 27 years old and Single
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time positions available.
