HSSE Advisor (HSSE) (Peacock Plant)
Responsibilities: The position holder will be responsible for maintaining and applying high standards in terms of HSSE for factory and logistics. He / She will also facilitate and ensure that all HSSE requirements are implemented in Manufacturing, Logistics, Admin, and surrounding plant communities, including but not limited to maintenance and inspection of all safety equipment or equipment critical to safety in factories and organize HSSE training, drill firefighters, road safety audits, annual audits of security, risk assessment and other required HSSE agenda. This position is responsible directly to the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in HSSE roles in manufacturing industry
* Excellent understanding and knowledge about the process of HSSE
* Broad knowledge in the production process and logistics
* Mastering basic computer software (MS office)
* Experienced and skilled in guiding and influencing people
* Experienced in working with local villagers
* Willing to be placed at the Peacock Plant
* Closing date: March 16, 2011
